Our vacation rental is bright and airy. With a real attention to details and providing plush and comfortable furnishings our Florida waterfront holiday home is sheltered in a decor of greenery and serene colors.

The master bedroom provides a King size bed and the second bedroom a Queen size bed. A fully equipped cottage like kitchen is at your disposal for your cooking inspiration during your holiday in our lovely house. The kitchen is equipped with dinning ware and cooking ware for 6 persons.

Two separate living rooms closed by French doors provide more intimacy. The main living room features a fireplace. Our beautiful vacation home offers two patio area: In the front surrounded by a lush green landscape and facing the boats and canal, at the back a covered lanai with a view on our courtyard.

The courtyard is laid to lawn and fenced for more privacy. Stay tuned this fall for more pictures of our new landscaping , a labour of love in progress!

For a quiet night at home, two color Cable TV with DVD Player, an IPOD stereo connection as well as a CD player and connection to WIFI DSL Internet are at your disposal.

Old Bonita Springs is a 1 minute drive away. Try Survey Cafe for the best coffee in town in a quaint cottage atmosphere. Wifi/DSL internet is available there as well. We are just before Riverside park where a large outdoor theater host numerous musical festival, Bonita food festival and where canoes can be rented to explore the Imperial river.
There is a public pool less than 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk from the cottage.

Target store, Publix and Sweetbay supermarkets, large retail store, dry cleaning, liquor store are all within a 5 minute drive.

• A small well behave and quiet dog can be considered with prior arrangement

Once we receive your booking inquiry, we will inform you rapidly about the availability of the house. We will forward you a Rent Proposal via email. This proposal will be outlining the information pertinent to the booking procedures and payment requirements.

The rental of the house will be quoted to you in American dollars (USD).

When booking accommodation, guests are asked to pay a 50% deposit for the reservation. The rental balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.

By sending your payment, you confirm your formal acceptance of compliance to the renting conditions described in our rent proposal.

Payment of Reservation fee

For your peace of mind, we will be happy to talk to you over the phone or by video call on Skype or AIM.

Credit cards: We accept credit cards paymet via Paypal. Our account is a verified premier account. There is a 4% fee in each transaction.

Cheques: Personal cheques are also accepted as long as they are certified by your bank. We accept any currency but there is a 10 dollar fee for a foreign currency Cheques .
American travellers are welcome to pay us in our US account at no charge.

Electronic Wire transfers:
We will be happy to forward you our bank account details if this is the payment method you choose.
Please specify to your bank that you will cover the sending and reception fees. If you are sending payment from Australia or South Africa, additional charges may apply at reception. Any charges will be at guest's expense.

Money Orders: We accept bank drafts. This draft must be drawn in dollars (USD) and sent special delivery mail to make sure it arrives safely and rapidly.

Once we have received your initial reservation deposit, the booking will be secured on our calendar. A rent receipt will also be forwarded to you with all the necessary information
(directions and house street address, keys, telephone number and our contact detail as well as a recap of payments)

As soon as you can, please contact us to let us know about your flight details and arrival time this will help us prepare for your greeting.
On your day of arrival, we or our manager will be there to greet you with a smile, check you in our lovely home and give you the keys. We will also indicate any pertinent information concerning the use of appliances and answer any of your questions concerning the area.

Your arrival

Check-in takes place at 14h00. In the case that there are no previous guests leaving that day, you may be able to check-in a little earlier. This is to be arranged prior to arrival.

The contract will be signed between you and us. The rental contract period is a set date which cannot be extended without our written consent. The number of guests may not exceed 4 persons.

The damage deposit for our vacation rental shall be given to us upon check in. We also accept a credit card authorization. If upon checking out, and after completion of the inventory, nothing is reported damaged, lost or broken, the security deposit will be returned to you in full. PLEASE NOTE that the deposit is usually given back to you within the week of your return home via the same means your reservation payment was sent. If it is a check, it will be mailed back to you.

We reserves the right to replace or repair any breakage at Tenant's expenses and to deduct the costs from the damage deposit accordingly. Breakage, loss or damage may postpone the damage deposit's refund until after the repairs/replacement have been done. If the damage deposit is insufficient to cover repair/replacement costs, Tenant agrees to pay the additional costs before his departure.
