This apartment is located in the area of the Latin Quarter on the edge of the 13th district. It is a very quiet and safe neighborhood in Paris. This is a 3rd floor walk-up vacation rental ideal for a small family looking to stay in a comfortable and convenient location. You are just a short walk from the Mouffetard market, the Jardin des Plantes and the zoo. There are plenty of cinemas, and shopping around (as well as excellent restaurants!). Within 20 minute walk you arrive at Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Pantheon or the celebrated Butte aux Cailles (the Montmartre of the South of Paris, an area not to be missed). The kitchen is fully equipped and the shower room will provide constant hot water even for 5!
