Located in the northern part of the Marais, this lovely 5th floor furnished apartment welcomes two/four persons in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. This comfortable Paris vacation rental has been decorated with care by its owner with antiques gathered from all over France.

The mansard windows offer a nice view over the roofs of Paris. This is a very calm and sunny 1 bedroom loft. The kitchen is functional and equipped with the essential appliances. The shower room is clean and the doors are worth a visit onto themselves! The bedroom corner is furnished with a large bed and a closet.

This is a sweet simple home away from home in downtown Paris. This vacation rental can be rented along with "Marais Haute" located just across the street.
