A gorgeous classic Art Deco building, hosts this appealing Paris Holiday rental. The building, composed of angular stone, wood, with hints of gleaming bronze, as well as a beautiful mosaic floor in the entrance hall, has a wood 1920’s elevator with the latest technology in elevator mechanics.

Located on the rue de Rennes, between St-Germain des Pres and Montparnasse, our guests therefore have their choice between the theaters and restaurants of either area, a taste of where Paris’ intgelligencia had coffee on terraces and shared conversation over meals.

The area also benefits from being practically walking distance to many sites, or otherwise just a couple metro stops away.

The living room and dining room boast 2 large windows giving on to balconies above the rue de Rennes, with a sweeping view of the rooftops of Paris, the Eiffel Tower and the golden dome of Les Invalides.

A BBQ table and chairs complete the outdoor setting.
